Prices are subject to change based on material costs, labor availability, and scope changes discovered during the project.

5. INSURANCE CLAIMS AND RESTORATION

Thrive Roofing Company assists homeowners with identifying potential insurance-covered damage and navigating the claims process. We make no guarantee that any insurance claim will be approved or that any specific amount will be covered by your insurer. Approval of insurance claims is solely at the discretion of your insurance company. We are not licensed public adjusters and do not act as your insurance representative. You are responsible for understanding your insurance policy terms.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms for services will be outlined in your written contract or proposal. Deposits may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and financing through approved lenders. All payments are processed securely. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue balances at the maximum rate permitted by law.

7. WARRANTIES

Specific warranty terms will be provided in your written service contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Labor warranties are provided by Thrive Roofing Company as described in your contract. Warranties may be voided by improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.
